With modern advanced technologies and infrastructure, the ICT sector is one of the most dynamic in Tunisia, with the highest growth rate 17.5% during the period 2007-2011, and government strong commitment and support.
Tunisia is also the leader of Arab countries in terms of transparency and Intellectual property is protected by the provisions of local law and international treaties related to it.

Social stability:

Social considerations are omnipresent in all reforms. Tunisia is considered a model of economic and political stability and of social development. Thanks to an important middle class (80% of the total population in 2000) representing the base of Tunisia development and profiting from moderate living conditions.
